I want to make a minecraft server for use on Linux so people can connect to it by a domain - I have DynDns set up on the system with ddclient but first I need to link my private ip with my public ip, and then through DynDns?
I know the interfaces file has something to so with this. But I only have eth0 and lo? There's no eth1?
I'm currently playing on a server in Minecraft and I want to make an offline chunk loader so my auto farms will still work. I've searched around the Internet and came up with only chunk loaders that rely on the spawn chunks. But no one has mentioned chunk loaders without the use of spawn chunks, not even to say that there isn't one out there. So I'm curious to see if there's one. (The reason I'm not using the spawn chunks is that it's built over and I'm about 4000 blocks away.)
I'm using ddclient for my system but I wanted to find out how to use a domain for other people to connect to the server rather than my ip address?
How can I find all the Minecraft command blocks on my server? I need it enabled to play certain games, but I would like to remove some and I don't know where they are. Is there some kind of a yml file or server folder that contains all the locations of the command blocks when they are placed? Is there a plugin that can help me find them?
I have a server with resource packs and everything works but my friends don't see the resource pack? How do I make it where you have to download the pack before playing my world? OR if they can see the resource pack I'm playing with without downloading it?
Looking for a 12-13 year old to play some Minecraft with. You must have Skype and have a mic. I can play on cracked and regular servers, though I prefer cracked servers. If anyone wants to play with me just leave your Skype name and I will call you.

I'm looking for someone who wouldn't mind sharing some programming basics to get me started. I've always tinkered around with have code trying to make text games with cmd ect. But I have a gaol of making a minecraft server from scratch and I was looking for someone who knew something's about the subject and could share something about it
Bassically what i just said. It keeps crasheing when i try to load up a world or join a server it is on default texture packand default shders pack. I just wanna play with shaders cause it looks so beutiful.
I'm trying to make an XP store on my minecraft server. It all works out, except it doesn't recognize what I'm trying to put in, a Witch Spawn Egg. Its ID is 383:66 but command block says it doesn't recognize it. What are the words I can put in so it will work? Or what i'm saying is what is the substitute for 383:66 and other spawn eggs?
