Anyone who helps us gets a building named after them and credit in the youtube series plus a download of the map if you want

I tried restarting my computer after getting a message saying there may be something wrong with the servers. They still don't work? Are the mine craft servers just down
I'm making a minecraft a minecraft server, I have forwarded the port 25565 and have doe everything necessary for it to work, with a functioning DNS that updates from the external ip every 5 minutes.
But it doesn't work; when I start the minecraft server it works but only on the local network. Which means it's not reaching outside the network. How do I use iptables to make this work?
I have forwarded my servers' internal ip and I tested on a website to see if it can listen on the ports 25565. It was successful but I'm not sure why it won't work?
I've heard of postrouting having something to do with this? What iptabels commands should I use?
I'm looking for a small 10-30 people server for minecraft non youtube to just play vanilla minecraft and have a good time. I'm good with redstone great builder, 14, got skype, friendly and humorous. Please post below if possible I'm able to join

I have just opened a new server on Minecraft. When griefers come on, they all demolish my server as soon as they get on, I put it to Adventure Mode but they still break candles and glass. Like on MCMagic, the blocks come back if they break them.
My internet is wireless. I do have a router though but my internet is wireless. So how do i get my server ip to work? I put in my ipv4 address but the only person that can join my server is myself whenever my friend tries to it says he can't. I'm also using the port 25565. I also went to ip chicken and put in that ip it told me to do but it said that ip was already taken so what should i do?
