So basically I'm using about twenty 1.6.4 mods and all of them work fine except for Not Enough Items. None of the mods I'm using conflict--I know this because the mods I'm using came from a larger modpack and they all worked fine together.
I have Code Chicken Core installed with it, to make it run, but nothing.
Any ideas?

NotEnoughItems 1.6.1.5
CodeChickenCore 0.9.0.6
The new versions link is down, so I don't know if these are what I need, but my friend is using these two and they are fine for him.
