Were can I get a free minecraft server with out downloads surveys or sign ups?

You don't have to pay to host a server, but if you want to host a server on a different computer (For better performance and whatnot), it WOULD cost money. However, I'm assuming you won't be needing that, as you can just host it on your computer for free, but at the cost of bandwidth usage.
While you won't have to sign up or take a survey, you WILL have to download something for the server to work. I'm going to assume you're wanting a vanilla server, which is free of plugins and mods, where you can get the Minecraft server download here: https://minecraft.net/...t/download. It's the same place you downloaded Minecraft, so there's not much to worry about.
