Why won't my minecraft server work?

I have a 1.7.4 bukkit server that I set up. I port forwarded it. I know my IPv4 address, but that doesn't work. Also, when i use whatismyip, the external ip is something else. I try to give my friends both, but neither of them work. I can connect to this server, but no one else can.

Weird spaces in Minecraft Server Console? ( Read Below )?

So, I have worked with Minecraft servers in the past. Recently I shut one down but decided to try something new. It's SMP with a few plugins such as GriefPrevention. Anyways, in the Console it says, "[00:59:43 INFO]: "
Nothing after that, just a random space. Now I really wouldn't mind it, but my issue is that in chat, whenever that comes up, so does an empty chat. It's really, at least for me, irritating and bothersome. I'm just talking to someone on the server when randomly a space in chat pops up. I'm 99% sure the space in chat is from this. Whenever this "error" in Console appears so does a random space in the server chat. I would like to know if anyone has ideas on how to fix this. Server Details:

Plugins:
- WorldBorder
- WorldGuard
- WorldEdit
- Vault
- VanishNoPacket
- TerrainControl
- Stargate
- ServerLogSaver
- rMessages
- PwnFilter
- PlayerHeads
- NoCheatPlus
- mwParkour2
- Multiverse-Core-2.4
- LWC
- LagMeter
- GriefPrevention
- GlobalMarket
- EssentialsChat
- EssentialsSpawn
- Essentials GroupManager
- dynmap- 1.9.1
- Essentials
- ClearLag
- CombatLog
- CapsGuard
- ChestShop
- AntiXRay
- AutoSaveWorld
- ChestShop
- AdminChannel

Also, this server is running Spigot for 1.7. ( spigot-1.7.2-R0.3-SNAPSHOT.jar )
It has 3 gigs of RAM allocated towards it also.

If anyone knows how to fix this or what is causing it, please let me know. Thanks!

Adittional Information:

- I did also notice that after I type commands this often happens, not anything particular just in general. Dunno why but I'm just trying to give as much information as possible.

LogMeIn Hamachi Will Not Work, Nor Will it Un-install or Re-Install?

After Norton Antivirus removed 2-3 adware.exe things on Sunday, LogMeIn Hamachi has not worked. I hadn't rebooted after the removal all that day because I was running a Minecraft Server. I went to get on Monday, and Hamachi was off when it usually starts up with my computer. It spent all day attempting to connect and never turned on. Whenever I turned it off and back on, I got an error message asking if I wanted it to keep trying until it could connect. Today, I've been trying to uninstall and re-install but if I try to uninstall through Control Panel --> Programs --> Uninstall Programs it freezes as soon as the uninstall hits "Uninstalling network driver." When I un-install with CCleaner the un-install goes just fine, but now when I try to re-install of either cnet.com or the hamachi website themselves, it freezes at "installing network driver." It's been frozen there for over and hour now. Does anyone know a way to fix this? Or at least get the install to properly…

This is a HP 2000 Notebook Laptop, 64-Bit Operating System, Windows 7
(it also came with a lot of viruses and has been having internet issues since hamachi began acting up but Norton Antivirus hasn't found anything outside of adware)

I hope this is enough information, I really know nothing outside of basics about computers.

I'm addicted to minecraft

15 year old girl addicted to minecraft!
I love minecraft than Miley Cyrus loves her tongue, and thats really saying something!
I'm homeschooled and so i work near a computer and every minute I have the urge to play survival games on a server. I need to do my work! I want to be able to still have it downloaded so when I take my lunch break I can play a game, but how do I stop myself from OVER playing it?
Or do both at the same time…

Added (1). While I wait for you guys to answer I will be busy playing Minecraft XD

Minecraft cracked to premium LAN connection?

So I bought Minecraft premium (transitioned from Mineshafter), but my friends haven't. Before buying MC we played on a LAN world using hamachi and everything worked fine, but now when I try to set up a LAN world where I can play with my friends, they can't seem to connect. I tried using my Mineshafter client but it's the same issue. I tried logging in on Mineshafter with a different username, but still no dice. I also got one of my friends to set up a world on their Mineshafter client and I tried logging in, but it didn't work; I kept getting this Java script error thing. I know that we're all using the same version of MC (1.7.2) and that we have a direct tunnel (green dot) on hamachi, but nothing seems to work. Is there any way to fix this problem other than having my friends buy MC premium?

Thanks in advance!

Added (1). I'm not using any server programs like Bukkit or anything. I simply create a single player world and use the 'Open to LAN' option in the menu and then I send my IP address and assigned port to my friends.

Bukkit perms for Minecraft?

I'm new to this and they're kicking my but.

I have a hosted server 1.7.2 with Bukkit and a long list of available plug-ins. I've tried three simple ones, Hug, EasyFireworks, and PermissionsEx. The jars are in the plugins folder and I've seen them load successfully on reboot. But the only config files are in the jars, not outside, and no command I give does anything.

I must be missing something basic here, permissions is my guess. I'm OP so it seems they should work or at least give me an error message but I get nothing at all. Command not found.

I don't even know the questions to ask so I hope you can all help me out. If I can figure out a few simple ones the others won't seem so intimidating.

Why does a scam website/virus open when I click my Tumblr icon?

I'm using Google Chrome, and this has happened twice now.

The first website was selling a probiotic/fruit thing that wanted me to buy it for its health benefits or whatever. When I clicked the 'x' on the tab to close it, it opened a prompt that said "Wait! Are you sure you want to navigate away and miss this great deal?" or something to that effect. I clicked no and closed the tab.

The second website was an "FBI Warning" that listed my IP, home state, and county. When I clicked the 'x' to close the tab, it opened a prompt that said something like "FBI YOUR COMPUTER WILL BE DETAINED" over and over again until it went past the bottom of my screen. It was a.co.uk website.

This second website has me very concerned.

Around the time of this happening, I downloaded two new things. XKit for Tumblr and Hamachi for Minecraft.

I used add-ons on XKit that I thought would make Tumblr easier to use. Rainbow Bars, Timestamps, Music Downloader, etc. I can't remember what exactly I used, but that's about the gist of it. Also, I never actually download any music. I have since disabled and deleted the XKit extension in Chrome.

I used Hamachi to play Minecraft on a multiplayer server with a friend. I couldn't connect the first couple times, but my friend disabled their firewall and we were able to play on the server. We mucked around for about two hours while also chatting via Skype. I feel that may have been a mistake. I have since uninstalled LogMeIn Hamachi from my computer.

I ran Norton Security Quick Scan after the first website came up, but it came back with nothing. I'm running it again with a Full scan, so maybe it will come up with something. Nothing so far.

Why does this website keep coming up? Is my computer already infected? How do I make it stop?
