If a minecraft server has a mod and i don't do i get that mod temporarily while i'm on it?

Let's say a server has pixelmon for example if i don't have pixelmon would i get it while i'm on the server?

Is there rei's minimap minecraft 1.6.4 it there a mod with just rei's minimap nothing else?

I want mod rei's minimap to minecraft 1.6.4 nothing else just rei's minimap nothing else just in technic launcher I tried to find some but there's only outdated ones that don't work can you help so my question is, is there any mod packs on technic launcher with just rei's minimap?

How to spawn items in Minecraft 1.7.2?

So I recently got Minecraft and it's version 1.7.2, and I've seen some mods like "Too Many Items" so I can spawn items, however, I don't have the slightest clue as to installing it. Are there other ways to spawn items in-game on Minecraft 1.7.2? Btw this is for single player, not multiplayer. If anyone can help me install the "Too Many Items" mod or suggest any other ways to spawn items on Minecraft 1.7.2 sigleplayer, I'd be very grateful. Cheers, Ash.

Lack to learn/do out of own free will?

I try to learn how to do things i want to do via internet but i have no motivation to pay attension but i want to learn.

I'm trying to learn how to make a specific program in computercraft, tekkit (computercraft is a mod for tekkit (tekkit is a modifyed version of the video game Minecraft, it involves crafting and building things) using computers and robots that you program to do whatever)

Like i said, i try to find the resource and have no motivation to learn.

The same goes for university, i don't want to go due to the amount of self research to do and i don't learn that way, i prefer to have a teacher/tutor as i learn by asking questions and sharing ideas.

You might say i don't want to learn or wants another way to learn other than researth.

Also i plan projects but i etheir don't do them, start but never finish (or resume the project in 2 months time) or hesitate to start.

Why am i like this, its effecting my life! I expect to get answers like "ADHD/Depression" blah blah blah.

No more assumptions i want facts.

We'll my "minecraft zip file" aint a zip file…
It has a JAVA ICON (steaming teecup) and when I try to open it it says "error java expectation".
So what the hell do I do?
There's no extractable minecraft file!
