Let's say a server has pixelmon for example if i don't have pixelmon would i get it while i'm on the server?
If a minecraft server has a mod and i don't do i get that mod temporarily while i'm on it?

If you want to go on a pixelmon sever (or any server with mods on it) you have to install that mod to play on that server
