I want mod rei's minimap to minecraft 1.6.4 nothing else just rei's minimap nothing else just in technic launcher I tried to find some but there's only outdated ones that don't work can you help so my question is, is there any mod packs on technic launcher with just rei's minimap?

Rei's never went to 1.6.4 yet. They are still 1.5.2. Try Zan's Minimap.
