Are there any laws Against Gaming Servers abusing Donators?

Implaying on a minecraft server that i donated to and i got banned because the owner does not like me. I follow all rules on the server. Is this allowed or are there certain laws or guideline that could get this server in trouble.

Can Minecraft servers still ban you if you use WeepCraft Recording?

Yes, I use WeepCraft, but long story short; the servers I love usually don't have AntiCheat, so I take it upon myself to beat the sh*t out of (other) hackers until they leave, and then stop using it to go back to normal.
But there's one hacker I know that pretends not to hack, and run to a mod whenever I try to punish him/her for a sprint hack (the person turns it off to make it look like they're fine, and so I can't do anything when the mod is right next to them or watching) and its getting really annoying. If I use "Recording" can the server mods/ops ban me, or do they need my actual username? Does "Recording" show EVERYONE else the fake name, or is it just you? Can the Ops see through it? Or see your IP?

Also, does WeepCraft (6.8v for 1.7.2/4) auto-put a cape on you that has "WC" on it?

How to people make so good minecraft servers?

Okay so I just bought minecrft, I know, I'm a noobie, but me and my friends wanna make a hunger game map and other kind of maps like ghost craft. I know the basics of making a hunger map but i don't know how to make like making the cheats restore items and how to make it fall and how to make the countdown and hearts dropping each day. Do I need mods? Or plugin? I mean I already know how to install plugins but I'm still learning about mods… But like how do you make like one server with multiple maps. Like you click on a sign and you transported to a map?!

Can I bind a minecraft server to the HTTPS port?

My school blocks all ports but HTTPS and 22/23, I think. Is it possible to bind a server to the HTTPS port in order to play on a minecraft server? We do have LAN throughout the school, but when I'm on a laptop which isn't connected to the ethernet connection, but the wireless, the LAN doesn't work. So is there any way that I can bind to port 80? Whenever I do I get "FAILED TO BIND TO PORT" because the computer is already communicating through the HTTPS port and I can't bind to it, but is there a way to bypass that?

Connect to LAN server remotely?

Is it possible to connect to a LAN server from another location? We have a LAN server for Minecraft but I'd like to access it even when I'm not at my brothers house. Is there a program for that or something of the sort?

Is there a Minecraft server NO FACTION>?

I want a server with the traditional ''mark 2 corners to get a property'' type, not ''get a faction and be raided and killed and robbed'' type and NOT towny.

Looking for a minecraft server?

I'm looking for a minecraft server with a couple of features:

- Factions
- Economy and/or shop
- Minimal lag, but a decent playerbase (100+)
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: No base-game blocks disabled (a lot of server disable minecarts and item frames to stop lag, I don't want that)

Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks!

Added (1). @Fonz I used to play a server which was like this called Goldrealms, but it got shut down due to the owner stealing all the donations. So i know they exist

Minecraft kicking me from the Internet?

I have a new laptop that I just installed Minecraft in. I usually play on a desktop with a wired connection, and never get disconnected. Today, with Wi-Fi connection (Excellent signal), I keep constantly getting disconnected when playing 3 minutes or less on a Minecraft server. When I'm just on the internet, this doesn't happen. I looked and saw that port forwarding could be the issue. Maybe I forwarded wrong?

It started letting me play on Minecraft for minutes each time I disconnected/reconnected, but it's now down to 1-2 minutes.

If anyone can help, that would be amazing. Here's a picture of my port forwarding:

How to set up Minecraft Server with most recent update?

I just want to make a small 5 person server for my friends and I to play on. I've looked at some videos but they are not helping. Could someone give me a step by step instruction on making one? Also is the latest version 1.7.2 or 1.7.4? I'm confused.
