K9 Web protection is blocking minecraft?

My dad had installed K9 web and when i join a server even my own after 10 seconds it disconnects me saying
Internal exception: java.net.socketException: software caused connection abort: recv failed
What I did:
Removed firewall didn't work
Ported minecraft didn't work
my antivirus is allowed
Java reinstalled fully updated
i disabled k9 for an hour but it still didn't work
and i recently formated and only had Java k9 and mc on my computer but still didn't work my dad doesn't want to remove k9 and i'm sure its not my modem i have my laptop with me (doesn't have k9) using my Wi-Fi it was working perfeclty i don't have any packet loss or high ping
if anyone knows a solution please tell me

Added (1). my pc costs 6,000$ and i formatted the drive so it has to be k9

Why won't my Minecraft Bukkit plugins work?

I have been trying to get a server started up and situated lately. I have all the permissions written, and a paid server already set up, but whenever I try to run my server, all of my commands don't work for every rank, OP players, and even the command console. I'm not really good with this stuff and I'm getting absolutely no help on the Bukkit forums. How to connect a domain name to an ipv6 address to a minecraft server?

I would like to start renting a dedicated box the problem is it only has 1 ipv4 address, I want to have multiple minecraft vps's on the box and do not wish for the player to have to specify a port, I was wondering if there was anyway to setup subdomains to point to a specific ipv6 address but even more need to know if there's anyway to make an minecraft vps listen on an ipv6 address rather than an ipv4 address, I applogize as ipv6 is still rather new to me and I don't fully understand the concept but I feel this is the best way to host multiple servers on a dedicated box

Minecraft 1.7.2 too many items multiplater error?

I'm trying to use Too many items on my server but it comes up with this error each time I try spawn something
error minecraft: stone not recognized
or minecraft: dirt etc…

the error is something like that.
everything in the tmi text file is correct, I think the server just doesn't recognize the name that tmi is using, but I don't know how to fix that.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Give me some specs for a cheap >$750 minecraft server build?

The computer is strictly for a public server, the case size is micro atx, and if possible to save on costs run off of 300W. Also please don't link a website that has a guide or anything my parental controls glitched and blocks off certain computer related websites. Also it didn't need to be any mega powerhouse, just enough to keep a server running 24/7 and also do I do air or liquid cooling.
