Implaying on a minecraft server that i donated to and i got banned because the owner does not like me. I follow all rules on the server. Is this allowed or are there certain laws or guideline that could get this server in trouble.

No, it's a private business. Unless there are rules against it in the Minecraft terms and conditions, there won't be any consequences.
