Looking for a minecraft server?

I'm looking for a minecraft server with a couple of features:

- Factions
- Economy and/or shop
- Minimal lag, but a decent playerbase (100+)
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: No base-game blocks disabled (a lot of server disable minecarts and item frames to stop lag, I don't want that)

Any suggestions welcome.

Added (1). @Fonz I used to play a server which was like this called Goldrealms, but it got shut down due to the owner stealing all the donations. So i know they exist

NEVER gonna happen! A server WILL never let you use all those items, have you ever runned a server? I think you dint cause using those items on a busy server will litterally burn your server to death, so get real and do some research before you ask for the impossible

There's a server called called Turf Wars. It is a factions server, and there's indeed a shop. You can raid each other, and it is lots of fun.
