Can't play Minecraft but can play GTA IV?

On my computer I have windows 8.1 installed, however this proved to be a mistake as it turns out that there are currently no correct compatible drivers for my graphics card.

I can seem to play games like Crysis 2 and GTA IV but I can't play game like Minecraft, I also found out that when I launch Photoshop I comes up with an error about disabling 3D effects.

Graphics Card:

Another thing I noticed is that when I used windows 7, the Approx. Total Memory was 1024MB
However on Windows 8.1 it is 2809?

Does anybody know where to find a driver for this GPU or does anybody have a way to fix this?

What's a good gaming computer yet cheap?

I want a gaming computer I'll only use it for gaming and going on the internet so it needs to be able to run minecraft, steam games, and has to be able to use CDs and needs a good amount of memory and will be able to run these games at a good level with good fps and that will be good for editing videos but it has to be not overly expansive at least less then $1,400 thank you to whoever answers

Why can't I buy minecraft?

I reallyreallyreally want minecraft and my dad said yes but when we out in all his credit details, it didn't work! It said error and he might have been charged for it and now he doesn't want to try again until I figure out the problem! I really badly want this game and I was so exited for it. The demo worked fine.

Minecraft blurry after a few blocks?

The picture isn't that good to show but after a few blocks my Minecraft starts to blur everything and I have optifine with fog off and supersecret settings are off too HALP

Why do people like minecraft So FREAKING MUCH?

So i was in to minecraft about a year ago. I pretty much quit because it got so boring. My best friend plays minecraft and it seems like everyone in my school does! My friend buys minecraft shirts and says there's no reason to hate minecraft. People act like its the only game in the whole world. Whenever i get a new game people said i should of got minecraft instead. It's so annoying! Everyday MINECRAFT MINECRAFT MINECRAFT! I just wish people would stop! I know people are just going to reply graphics don't matter and i have no imagination. But i don't care about the graphics and i just think it gets boring building the same exact thing every freaking time you log on. I just wish people would talk about something different for once!

Can I download Windows programs on a ChromeBook? And is it good?

Can I download Windows applications on a ChromeBook? Like mine-imator for example, it do for windows, can I download it? And there are barely any programs I find saying "Install for Chrome OS", so, however, can I download Windows applications on it. If no, I will NOT buy a chromebook.
And, is the chromebook good? Will it be enough for me to code, play minecraft, etc?

What are the benefits of a Hybrid game?

A "Hybrid" game is a video game that compromises of two or more genres. For example: Animal Crossing is both an adventure and compilation game. Minecraft is both an adventure, strategy and (partly) action game. But, what are the benefits? And, if you could answer this as well, what are the disadvantages?

Best Minecraft Video Card?

So, I've been recently looking for a graphics card solely to up my FPS for my Minecraft. The problem is, I don't know much about them so that's why I came here!

I have tried Optifine. I average around 60-80 FPS and I know that I can get more than that.
Ya see, 60-80 FPS wouldn't bother me at all, but I was looking to record some YouTube videos.
I was recording with a my pretty legit program and I noticed that my FPS level wasn't satisfactory.
I was also looking to run some High quality Seus Shader Packs without getting only 5 FPS._.
So, since these occurrences, I have been looking for a decent video card.

If this helps, I'm also running a late 2010 iMac.
(For the love of Notch don't tell me I need a new computer, this silver 25 pound behemoth is my only child.)

My price range would be maxed at $215-(ish).
