The picture isn't that good to show but after a few blocks my Minecraft starts to blur everything and I have optifine with fog off and supersecret settings are off too HALP
Specs: AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD graphics 1.3ghz RAM: 4.00 gb of ddr3 ram

I play a lot of games, but minecraft is not one of them…
however, this may help, let me know if it does please.
Create a profile for Minecraft in your graphics card control panel and set everything to "application controlled". Forcing things like AA or AF on will cause problems with rendering in Minecraft.

Make sure "Anostrophic filtering" is off and "Mipmap Levels" is on 4, you can find them at the bottom of the video settings.
