How to transfer files from one computer to another then back again? - 1

Ok let me start from the beginning. My step dad gave me a Lenovo laptop with an intel pentuim processor and windows vista on it. He then proceeded to "upgrade" my computer and put windows 8 on it. But the computer isn't supposed to run windows 8. I mean it worked great on the computer and i love it and though hey not as heavy or stupid as my last lap top. And I was really phsyched out cause he told me it was better for playing games on, and at the time I was really into minecraft. So I downloaded the minecraft launcher and it almost worked but right as it was about to load the last 1-2% of the game it crashed. I read the crash report and it informed me that basically windows 8 and certain drivers were not compatible so about 6 months ago I told my step dad I really wanted to play the game, so he upgraded the drivers and it worked great.still couldn't play but oh well. Then one day my computer got really slow and then.blue screen of death. I can't turn my computer on without it wanting to do an error report which doesn't work or having me wipe the whole laptop. So I guess what I'm asking is: in theory is it possible to take my ram or whatever has all my saved stuff in it, put it in a different computer, transfer the files, put it back into my computer then put all the files back onto my computer?

Added (1). *Transfer all my files to a different computer, put the ram back into mine and wipe my computer, then put the files back on my old computer?

Why does Minecraft lag for me?

Okay so before the new minecraft launcher came out awhile back, my minecraft ran perfect and smooth no lag at all, then the newest launcher came out and it lags pretty bad. I could run it at the far render distance and have no problems, now the short render distance with the newest launcher still adds some lag, and I have no clue what I can do about this. When I launch minecraft and go to my profile, I run my JVM arguments at -Xmx3072M -Xms1024M. Also my laptop I'm using has 8GB of ram, its an i5-3230M 2.60 GHZ. Is there anything I can do to at least help my lag, please let me know thanks!

Minecraft 1.7.9 nothing appears on spawn?

I recently redownloaded minecraft and when i make a new game, everything seems to load fine. Also i have never had this problem before. Once i get into game i don't see any blocs, or my hands. All i see is the sky. I can still see the outline of blocks and break them but i just can't see anything.

Are the GTX 750 graphic cards worth it?

I've recently gotten on gaming, more so pc gaming. I've played games from the PSone era, Indi games, and other low graphic games (TF2, Minecraft, Super Meat Boy, etc.).

I would like to move on to more recent and higher graphic games. I've already checked to make sure that i could add a GPU to my motherboard. My current PC (which I had since way before I started gaming) has 8GB of 1600 ram, and a i5-3330 3.0Ghz CPU.

I found the GTX 750 series which uses very little power, so I wouldn't have to upgrade my PSU. At first i was pretty happy, but almost immediately I had doubts about it.

So, is the GTX 750 a good graphics card? Or should I just buy another one and upgrade my PSU.

A game with a good map editor?

My friend and I wanted to make our country in-game… We tried with Skyrim, but the modding tool was extremely difficult…
Are there any good games with easier map editor in which you can build towns, houses, rivers, mountains, npcs…

Just don't say minecraft, please.
