What should I do if someone online tells me to call the police?

I was wondering (since I'm alone at home), should I call the police if someone online tells me to?

Ok here's an example:

I'm playing a game (Minecraft or league, whatever it be) and someone shouts in all caps

"Help GUYS WITH GUN AT HOUSE CALL 911 *address of house*"

If someone does that, do I call the police? I mean, someone just yelled in caps to call the police. Even if it was a troll (someone who is lying) it's better safe than sorry right?

But would the police just dismiss me as a kid prank calling? Do they contact the police near the person who called for help? What should I do in that situation?

How to fix computer problem?

So after my computer automatically updated to windows 8.1, I had the following noticeable problems:
Pages/websites on google chrome sometimes don't load, or load weirdly
Low memory problems/crashing on League of legends (never happened before)
Pure virutal function call on Minecraft (never had problem before)
Computer randomly has spikes of making loud noises (like the sound your computer makes when you run intense stuff), when I just have one tab open on chrome (when I check task manager when this happens, memory and disk are fine, but CPU level spikes up and down.

Does anyone have a fix to this problem? I honestly don't think that my computer/memory is in bad shape right now. Either, I'm pretty sure it was the 8.1 windows update that screwed my computer up (it screwed up my mom's computer as well 6 months ago), or its some process in the long list of processes in task manager. I have 6 RAM with 5.89 available, and like around 620 free disk space out of about 675. Even my computer geek friend said that my computer is pretty okay, and shouldn't have problems.

How to get more people to view my youtube channel?

I have recently started making videos for youtube and I would like to know how I would get people to view them? I have already posted my first video about 24hours ago and its not so good on views. My aim is to have alot of fun with different games (have already recorded a bunch of SimCity, State of decay and Minecraft) and interact with lots of different people because I really enjoy it, and that why I decided to make youtube videos.

Me and my boyfriend have decided to create an account that will feature the both of us (including us both)

Our Youtube will include games such as Minecraft, GTA, COD, Happy Wheels, etc… Many more, obviously. Our channel is just basically built up on games.

Amd athlon x4 760k for gaming?

I'm hoping to upgrade my i3 2120 to a x4 760k for gaming. I need a new mobo not sure what one yet but i'm wondering if the x4 760k is any good to join a gtx 650 (going to upgrade that later in the year got a gtx 750 or 760) but i'm looking to play games like bf4 cod minecraft and games like this.
will i be getting decent fps or should i save up for fx 6300 but will take longer?

(i don't really want to upgrade to the fx 6300 for 10-15 more fps)

How to put minecraft on a usb?

My computer is corrupt and I'm trying to get all of the files I need before I wipe the memory and i'm trying to save minecraft on to a USB. I don't want to have to buy the game again.

Added (1). Do I just download the.minecraft folder in the roaming folder?
