How download/ install a mod in Minecraft?

Before you say go download Modloader or Forge, I downloaded them all. I can't find a mods folder or a bin folder. I have no META-INF folder. I can take care of the rest.

Why is technology so evil?

I don't get it. Everything seems to work for people all the time, but for me it never f**king works. (I apologise for the language) People say it's easy to download mods for minecraft, and it is. I just can't turn on minecraft after I download the mods. I can't download a game for my emulator even though the guy in the video made it look easy as sh*t. I feel like my computer goes out of it's way to make my life a living hell. I don't do anything else, so technology is the most common way for me to have fun.

How to Mod Minecraft 1.7.10 Ubuntu/Linux?

I have already downloaded 1.7.10 forge for minecraft ubuntu no problem. I have also downloaded one mod. My problem is i don't know how to open that mod and use it on minecraft. Somebody help

MineCraft Forge won't work?

Everytime I try to use forge, the mod won't show up. I put it into the mods folder, but it doesn't work. It only shows Minecraft Coder Pack, Forge Mod Loader, and Minecraft Forge. It doesn't show the mod inside of my mod folder. Can anybody help me out here, it's really getting annoying.

p.s. OptiFine still works.

Shaders Mod crashes my Minecaft?

I have recently installed the ShadersModCore for my minecraft 1.6.4, and everytime I choose a Shaders file like the SEUS v10.0 Ultra Motion Blur, it crashed my minecraft. Can someone help me figure out what's wrong with it?

How to play multiplayer with someone in your house with mods?

So I have a friend and we want to play Attack Of The B Team and we already have all of the mods loaded, but i want to play with my friend in my house with separate computers. I don't know if it's Lan or something, but I don't know if i have to make my own server and everything. If so could you tell me how? I have Windows 8 and I have Minecraft 1.7.10.

Dumb things you've done in Minecraft?

Yesterday I installed the Mutant Creatures mod and Too Many Items. While playing around with the mutant mod, I ended up using a Creeper shard in front of my house… After repairing the damages I fed my Creeper Minion too much TNT and ended up doing more lawn repair. This morning I spawned half a gazillion torches everywhere with a torch spawner (currently cleaning up).

How to download minecraft mods without a bin folder and without forge?

Please can someone help me how to download mods without forge or bin because forge is not working and i can't find the bin folder (can i create the bin folder and put in it the folders that must be in it or what?) please help i really want mods.

Added (1). some people told me to go to the version forlder then 17.9 then 1.7.9.jar and i could find it there but i didn't
