Laptop very slow for playing games with 12gb ram?

I have a 6gb pc which i recently upgraded to 12 but it hasn't really sped up.
I play minecraft you may have heard of with 80 mods. I allocated 4gb to it. Sometimes ill be lucky and get 40-70 fps with settings for high fps then it just drops to 1 fps.People on a server i play minecraft with say that they have lower pc specs than i do and they get constant 80 fps Which i will list here.

Processor: AMD A10-5757M APU with Radeon(tm) HD graphics 2.50GHZ

ram: 12.0 gb 11.4 gb usable

system type: 64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor

running windows 10

And if i have to buy some new part i can't do that because my dad wouldnt let me and i can't really afford anything above $200.

Best mod combination for minecraft?

Is there a mod combination that gives me the most to do like fighting bosses or doing objectives. I've been playing feed the beast infinity but i don't know what to do, it just seems mostly like building and crafting. I wanna have something like feed the beast but with objectives like fighting bosses finding certain places, and such. Not just building mining crafting building again and again

My minecraft mods messed up?

I use minecraft modinstaller, and i have doggy talents, twilight forest, mo creatures, and orespawn. I have had these mods for months now, and have had no problems until today. Every one in a while, i try out another mod, and i did today. When i downloaded it and went to minecraft, all of the mods were uninstalled. I got out of minecraft and went back in, and all of the mods were back, but there were mob spawners and generated buildings everywhere, and all of the modded blocks were changed to different ones. There's no way somebody could have come into my world that fast and tried to troll me or anything, so i think teh coding must have messed up. Please Help! I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS WORLD FOR 4 MONTHS!

0 Minecraft Windows 10 Edition?

My sister has wanted Minecraft for the PC for a while now. She played the free beta of the windows 10 edition, and now wants top buy it. Is it worth it to buy the original version from Mojang? I don't know what the differences are between the versions, if there are any. All I now is that the original has an extra $15 to the price tag. Is there more to that version? Will my system be able to handle it if the windows 10 free version worked fine? She is also talking about mods, which i don't know if my system can handle those, either (I use a laptop for stuff, atm).

I saw somewhere on the store (can't remember where) it said if you have the standard version, you can get the Windows 10 version for free, is this true, or did I imagine it?
