So I'm going to buy a laptop and I want to be able to play some games on it. The games I d like to play are at least Garry s mod, I really would like to be able to run minecraft, and sims 3 or 4. The most I d be willing to pay is around $200-$250. Any suggestions?
I do not want to run Fallout 4, GTA V, The Witcher, all those intensive games.

I was following minecraftwiki's instructions to setup the MCP workplace. But in one step it tells me to copy the bin and resource folder. I look in folder.minecraft but there are no such folder. How may I continue.
Added (1). How can I set up a MCP working place to creat MINECRAFT MODS if there's no bin or resource folder?
Added (2). I find the file 1.8.9.jar in folder versions. Please tell me what to do or instruct me to setup MCP workplace for minecraft 1.8.9
I literally just built my pc 2 days ago and when i'm playing minecraft on full settings with shaders mod on the cpu tempature goes up to 81 celsius. Keep in mind that my pc has no case. Its just built on my desk with nothing blocking the fan and no dust
I have an idea for a voxel based video game for the PC centered around building and creativity. It started out as an idea for a Minecraft mod, but now I think it could actually be its own game, if done right. The problem is that I have no experience or skill in any sort of programming, let alone game development, and trying to learn has left me frustrated and confused. I've been working on this for months, but so far all I have is a document full of ideas and some unfinished courses. Is there any way I might be able to share my idea with a game company and let them develop and sell it? I'm not interested in earning money off of this game (although that would be nice) but I really don't think I can do it alone. Should I look into hiring someone, letting someone else have the rights, or just forget this pipe dream?
I know this question is asked a ton, but I can never get an answer that really helps me. I'm not tech savy on the computer, but I play Minecraft on the Xbox. I want to try the computer version now, but I need the perfect computer or laptop (preferably). Is their a laptop that can run Minecraft comfortably with mods installed that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg? I want the full Minecraft experience, but I'm kind of short of money. I'm willing to save, though, if I can't find one in a reasonable price range. Any suggestions?
