Which of these will be better for gaming (Game titles included below)?

Okay, so I'm stuck between two Gaming PCs at the moment, one is cheaper and has a few more features I like while the other is more expensive, however it has a better graphics cards.

I would be playing Minecraft, Runescape, Borderlands 2, Skyrim, Garry's mod, etc. I'm mainly playing Minecraft, so I won't be crushed in choosing the cheaper pc.

Which should I choose for gaming?
I plan on streaming and making videos someday, I don't want like Overkill quality. The first is more in my price range but has a less reliable graphics card. However I can always upgrade! What are you guys opinions?

Why can't I mod minecraft?

I followed a tutorial, copying exactly what the person in the video did and everything worked fine, but as soon as I tried to add more stuff it all works fine but then it just doesn't show up in the game. I used forge and forge compatible mods but it just isn't working with any other mods I try.

A good Minecraft video series to watch?

Well, after a long time I started playing Minecraft. I want a video series to watch where a person play minecraft in a new vanilla map from the first night to killing ender dragon or going even further. I don't just want entertainment but also want to learn. I have a few conditions:-

1. That map should be generated in Minecraft 1.8 or higher.
2. That map should be in vanilla, no mods.
3. The tutorial series should focus more on teaching than entertainment.
4. It should start from the first night till killing ender dragon or even further.
5. It will be good if the minecrafter is good at redstone and teach the watcher redstone.
6. If redstone is a big "No!" then building builds or plain adventure.
7. Please don't post world tour or singular red stone videos.
8. Please give the link to the series playlist not to the youtube channel.

I have tried a few and not all of them work.
I like paulsoaresjr and hypnotizd. I tried Docm77 world tour and find it not interesting.
I also tried EthosLab but all of his videos are old so No thanks. I also heard of yogurt sips but I want to learn not get entertained.

I can't download minecraft mods

Whoever i download a mod for 1.7.10 it downloads as a java file and when i click it to open it. It just says "The Java JAR file "Decocraft-2.2.1_1.7.10-2.jar" could not be opened"

it does that with all my mods (it says different names for different mods, thy don't all say deco craft) what do i do?

I'm looking for a mod that will add raiding AI that will form villages and mine and stuff. It seems kinda pointless designing a giant base if there's nothing to defend against.

What should i use for minecraft with 4 or 5 mods and sphax texture pack
should i use 8gb ram with a ddr2 graphics card
or should i use 4gb ram with ddr3 or hdd graphics card
