Can i get a virus through skype?

Soy lately i have been playing alot of Minecraft servers and stuff and i recently met a guy there whom i've becomed really good friends with, the thing is while we were playing on the server one of his friends started messing with me, i got mad, logged in with his account and banned his friend, 5 minutes after that he told me via skype that he was sending a trojan to my pc and that it will delete all my boot up files and i wouldnt be able to turn on my pc. I know its the internet, alot of things can happen, but there are people who know alot about this. Since he was the owner of the server he does know my IP address. Any help?

Added (1). Well, i haven't experienced any slow downs or anything and i also haven't gotten any more messages from him… Anyways, is there any way i can like, stop the risk of he sending me that trojan?

p.s: i deleted and blocked him from skype

How to Make a Professional Minecraft Server?

Okay, so if you play Minecraft most likely you have joined a really good server.
I use the Mineplex, Jerry and Harry Servery, & SkyDoesMC Server.
They are very nice servers with professional chat and the rules and things like that.
I would like someone to help me or tell me how to make one of those servers!

Added (1). okay. So the ram on my laptop is 4 gb and desktop is 8gb.

The processor speed is 1.7 ghz for laptop and 3. For desktop.

I didn't want to run the server on the desktop, as I will be playing on it. But if it seems okay to play and host the server on it, then I can.
