Okay, so if you play Minecraft most likely you have joined a really good server.
I use the Mineplex, Jerry and Harry Servery, & SkyDoesMC Server.
They are very nice servers with professional chat and the rules and things like that.
I would like someone to help me or tell me how to make one of those servers!
(Also tell me how to make the actual server cause I have no idea XD)

You just want to make money playing MC don't you?
Making a really good server takes time and good builders and people who know how to code.
So unless you have those you probably won't be making a nice big server.
Also try out Woodycraft.net, one of my favorite servers.
