Minecraft singleplayer issue? - 1

Recently i have been having an issue where i can move and all in singleplayer but nothing else like i can't drop anything mobs won't react to me and i can't destroy blocks its like playing another game when the servers get shut down and you can still move around for like 2 minutes but interacting with anything won't work before getting disconnected.

i've always been in survival mode and this started happening after 1.7.10 i didn't have problems before does anyone else have this problem or does anyone have a solution. I've tried going back to 1.7.9 but didn't work.

Appbounty minecraft servers?

Hi just bought a chiken (1-6 player) minecraft server through appbounty (who use beastnode as their host) with points I saved up and I just had a few questions and wanted to see if anyone had used beastnode through appbounty could help me…

1. How long does it usually take to get your code? Their website says 48 hours and I just wanted to know if it will take that whole time.

2. Scince the chicken server is so small, will plugins even run on it? And if so will essentials work (it's really the only ones I want)?

3. Is their servers any good? (Lag, downtime, connection speed ect…)

Can't connect to any Minecraft servers? - 2

So I've had Minecraft for a couple years now and have never had this problem till I recently started playing again. Everytime i try and join a server it always gives me the error message: "Failed to connect to server. Java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information." Its making me so mad because survival alone gets boring after a while so i don't know what to do I have already tried port forwarding 25565, deleting and re-installing minecraft and adjusting the DNS server settings. Someone please help!

How to make People that join my Minecraft server spawn at the spawnpoint everytime?

I have a lobby server and when people first join they spawn at spawn but when they go somewhere else and leave the server it takes them to where they were please help I have essentials

Minecraft Setting Up A Server With A Host?

I'm planning to rent a Minecraft Server, but I'm very VERY confused with FileZilla and FTP and such.

I tried Minecraft Realms, but it won't allow Mods, more than 20 players and such.

Minecraft Modded Server

I'm trying to make a modded server for my friends and I to pay on. It's up and running but I try to join the server and it's stuck on the screen. It just says "logging in…" and on the server logs it says " Netty IO #2" "Unexpected packet during modded negotiation - assuming vanilla or keepalives" Anyone know how to fix this?

Added (1). Also says something about "Handle is invalid"

Lag Spikes during Games?

When I play certain games, like Titanfall, Crysis 2, and BF4, I get a lag spike every 3-7 seconds that lasts maybe half a second. But enough to throw me off. Its not my internet because I carry a 40-60 ping. MY GPU is a Gtx 750TI Super clocked, so my card can handle it. And my processor is a i5-3350P Ivy Bridge, I think my processor is my problem because when I host Minecraft, Starbound, and Tunngle Servers, my computer spikes while playing, the processor had good reviews, but i don't know I built my computer myself, so I know everything else is OK, I have a SSD running Windows separately, and a 2TB hard drive that has my programs and games on it with a write/transfer speed over 200mbps. Any suggestions? I'm upgrading my processor to a i7-3770K, so hopefully I can finally play my games in piece.

How to set up a MC multiplayer survival server?

I've tried many times to set up a Minecraft multiplayer server and have always failed. Me and my friends have a youtube account and we want to do multiplayer survival on, but sadly we can't unless I can figure this out. My friend has made some using some' 'free server hosting' website but that's really not ideal, because it's only online at certain times and there's other complications to that too, like only being able to use it at certain times. I've watched a load of youtube tutorials and none seem to work for me, so could any of you either give me step by step instructions, a video link or a page link (that is sure to work) on how to make a multiplayer survival server, that me and my friends will own and not have to use some website? Also don't suggest MC realms because we don't have any money. Thanks.

Added (1). Hi again guys. I'd like to thank Kevin for his answer, but the problem is, I'm basically a noob at this sort of stuff. I won't say I don't know how to use computers, because that's not true, but I've not exactly got an IT degree either. I'm kinda looking for a simply-ish explanation. So I don't really know much about the terminology, like 'port-forward' or 'IP address'.

Is there a good minecraft survival server?

I want to play on a survival server that does not give you free kits and voting bonuses and things like that.
Most of the servers I saw can't even be called survival all they do is give a full set of diamond armor and tools every 5 minutes, some of them allow players to go back to spawn when they are facing danger and they also put nether portal, ender portal and ender chests on spawn. I do not want to play on a server that has any of these.

I don't want to play on a vannila server because I like factions.

Any of you know a server like this or do I have to make one?
