And I have 4gb of ram on my laptop (8 on the desktop)
I was wondering if I could host a Minecraft server for me and my friends with these statistics.
Also another small question, is hamachi any good? I've been using it for a year or so, and it seems to slow down the server. Any other programs? Or fixes for hamachi?
Added (1). okay. So the ram on my laptop is 4 gb and desktop is 8gb.
The processor speed is 1.7 ghz for laptop and 3. For desktop.
I didn't want to run the server on the desktop, as I will be playing on it. But if it seems okay to play and host the server on it, then I can.
