Minecraft: Survival server with no mobs?

I'm looking for a survival, (Maybe pvp, I don't mind) server where you do lose hunger and stuff but monsters are either scarce or completely gone.

Or a sever with just no creepers period. That'd be great too.

I used to play on a Pvp Survival server with the only way monsters would spawn were from set spawners that people would place to farm or protect their home from intruders but it updated and that was changed to my disappointment. So perhaps there's another server similar?

Added (1). When ever I click the run.bat file it comes up with this message in cmd

Why won't my port stay open?

I set up minecraft servers and i want to run a public one. But i can't. The port closes after a few hours every time i open it. And its hard because i have to reset the modum every time to re open it. I have to reset the modem because the XFINITY NETGEAR Login expires. It just doesn't load. It works after i reset it though. How can i keep my port open, without having to reset it constantly? (Yes i know how to genuinely portforward)

What can Trial-Moderator do? (Minecraft server)?

So i just got a Trial-Moderator job on a Minecraft server, and i was wondering what can I do that a normal player can't. I already know that I can use /fly, /feed, /heal, /hat, /kick, /ban…
I tried to change my gamemode to creative but it said that I don't have access for it, i also tried to repair and other things but I don't have access for them too.
So what are some commands that I can do and that a normal player can't?
