Minecraft Bukkit Server Permissions Inquiry?

I have set up permissions for my Bukkit server and was wondering how I could make an exception to the permission - '*' The star is a wildcard, another example of the usage of the star is: - 'vanish.*' This permission will allow the group to use any command whose permission begins in vanish. I have the DisguiseCraft plugin and want to make an exception to the permission so that I can disallow the ability to see through disguises and see my own. I don't want to type hundreds of permissions for everything else and was just looking for a way to make an exception to the permission - '*' Answer if you have an answer.

Can a minecraft hosted by me be harmful?

I'm thinking of starting a server for just my Friends to play on. I recently got in trouble for starting a server open to the public because my parents are worried about there security. So i was wondering if a minecraft server Whitelistedwith just my Friends can be harmful on my computer?

Cheapest Dedicated Server Provider?

Hi, I'm looking for the absolute cheapest dedicated server providers that I can host my teamspeak 3 server and a number of game servers (like minecraft and other games maybe) for around 15-30$ a month. I want at least 3.0GHz Processor and 4 gigs of RAM. If anyone could help me that would greatly be appreciated!

Why can't people connect to my Minecraft server? - 1

So i set up a Minecraft server I can connect just fine but other people can't. I port forwarded. Sometimes my IPV4 address changes between 192.168.1? And 192.168.1.(different number) is that the problem? There aren't any other ports running on my router (I have a Belikn btw) If anybody knows what the problem or want to see the error message the IP is
69.65.214.65 (not sure if:25565 is needed just try with and without) I've tried taking down the firewall to. I hope someone can help.

Added (1). I'm in windows 7 64 bit if thats important

Why can't I connect to a Minecraft Server when I'm using 1.7.2?

I recently installed a shader that uses 1.7.2 forge and I can't connect to a server i play on when i use 1.7.2 however when i use 1.7.4 i can connect fine. But I can't play without my shaders on anymore so i'm not going to 1.7.4 because forge is taking the piss to release on 1.7.4.

How to stop this on my Minecraft server?

I have a Minecraft 1.7.4 CraftBukkit Server, and I have Multiverse. I want to make it where have separate inventory in each world, but I can't find it in the config. I have Survival, Factions, Skyblock, and Creative and I know people will spawn stuff in on Creative and take it to them. (I also have Sg and lots of minigames but i'm not worried if they have god stuff in the Lobby. ) But I really don't want people to cheat. I also have KitPvP so I want it to be just kits, nothing from Survival. How can I make it separate in each Multiverse world?
