How to use a zipped minecraft server folder?

I downloaded the Attack of the B-Team server folder. I would like to play it with my friends but I do not know how to use it. Does anyone know?

Why does my monitor make 60 fps on minecraft look like 20 fps and it is all choppy?

So I play pvp servers and I want to record 120 fps but I go down to 90 fps and at 90 fps it looks like crap and it's choppy and unplayable but on my laptop that I used to have 60 or 50 fps was smooth. What is going on?

I want to make a minecraft server where they can't do anything until they reach a certain boundary then it is exactly like survival. I also want to be able to have protection stones and lockette. Minecraft server has giant missing chunks?

I've had this server for at least 2 years now, and I've never had this problem. Today, my friend and I are playing on our server and we have several missing chunks that we can BOTH see. Any way this can be fixed without restarting the world?

Minecraft-creative-multiplayer. My own place to build?

Ok, so I play Minecraft like thousands of us but I encountered a question which the internet doesn't know how to answer… Weird i know. Well, anyway, I was connected to Jujucraft and went to the Creative server that they have. But when i wanted to build, it said I can't build there. So i jumped down, and found chumks of the world that players could build on. But I couldn't find a free one. I guess the question is: How can find a place to build? Maybe there's some command you type and it takes you to your chunk but I dunno. Any help?
