I have a msi and right now I have a NVidia 100m card. It does fine (100-200 fps) but when I go onto servers I go down to 60 and when I record I go down to 30-40. *note: I use game booster* So I want a good gfx card (probably good enough to get 60-100 fps while recording).
I'm not great with computers. I've tried watching various videos on how to do it but NOTHING is working. I just want to be able to play online with people. How did you do it? Got a link to something that works?
I made a minecraft server but i wanna do the spawn area unbreakable for other players how? I'm using the normal minecraft server from website but if iccant from this server.exe tell me if there's another server.exe that i can use it for not allowing the other players destgroy spawn area
I new to minecraft tekkit and i use technic launcher but i want to have a full server now but my tekkit does not have any commands, well i can't use them. It sucks. I can't even use /help. Can someone /help me please
Ok, so I have been playing on a nice little factions server called Donut Beam. But, a few days ago, weird stuff started happening. It started when I fell into lava, and I lost my diamond armor and stuff. But then, when I logged off and logged back in later in the day, my inventory had reset to how it was several days before, before I got the diamond stuff. Now, every time I get off the server and get back on, it teleports me to the place a logged off a couple days ago, with the inventory I had the. Now, here's the weirdest part. All the things I've built, they are still there, and everything I put into chests was still there as well, but my ender chest reset. No matter how many times I try resetting it, the faction, whatever, it keeps putting me where was when I logged 3 or 4 days ago, right before I died. Everybody else isn't having this problem, just me.
OK, obviously this isn't a question, but I run a Minecraft server with some friends and we're desperate for some people to join! This is one way I could get some attention as our humble little server opened to the public this week and we can't afford big flashy ads… So, here goes:
Our server is called PixelCheeseCake and it's a survival/PVP server but we do RPGs sometimes too. Our server is absolutely free to play on and us Admins are on a lot of the time to help you if you're stuck or play with you if you're lonely. We currently have a little under 10 members, 2 of which are admin and are on a lot of the time. It'll only take a little of your time to test out the server - even if you don't enjoy it, we'd like to know what you think and how we can make PixelCC better in the future. I can go to search, type in cmd, and open up the command prompt but when I try to run a batch file such as starting up a minecraft server, the command prompt shows for a split second then disappears. I have no idea why this is.
About a year ago I uninstalled norton to get Avira (was in job corps and needed an antivirus that took less bandwith) and a day after uninstalling it I was watching youtube and everything started shutting down and freaking out. I shut my laptop off right away, turned it back on and saw all my files were gone and gave it to someone who was in computer services to help me. After 3 hours of messing with my laptop he found out that none of my files were deleted, they were just hidden. I can't even find them when using the search bar. Takes me 30min to find microsoft paint.
Could this be why that happens? Anyway I can fix this? Would a factory reset work? Really want this to work, I hate not being able to run batch files.
I just started minecraft today. I have no idea how to play multi-player. I got onto a Minecraft server and they all called me a noob and were mean to me. (I know what a noob is now). Anyway, I want a server that will help me learn how to play. No fighting, and I don't want them to be mean to me.
I seem yo have some sort of problem that is preventing me from hosting my world through lan, and my brother being able to find my server. I've already put my world to lan but my brother was unable to ffind it on his list, and both areconnected to the same network.
We just want to play Minecraft without an active internet connection, but through our router which is a Huwei D100 (Wi-Fi/ Lan Adapter)

Added (1). Update: I'm NOT an IDIOT. Of course I tried inputting my I.P address on my brothers minecraft to join my server but it still won't work.
Added (2). It's not the firewall blocking inbound and outbound connections to Java from either computers.
I have a minecraft PC. But I want to know, what are the servers called when you want to go to a regular server, meaning freebuild and stuff. Like if you want to build a house for the other player, you are allowed to do that. In the other servers i've tried, you can't build unless in survival. That sucks. If you know what these are called, tell me, and tell me how to get to them if possible. Please.
