I new to minecraft tekkit and i use technic launcher but i want to have a full server now but my tekkit does not have any commands, well i can't use them. It sucks. I can't even use /help. Can someone /help me please

This is a server-side error. There's nothing wrong with your local files.
Specifically, what does the game say when you try and execute /help? Is it your server?
