I have a msi and right now I have a NVidia 100m card. It does fine (100-200 fps) but when I go onto servers I go down to 60 and when I record I go down to 30-40. *note: I use game booster* So I want a good gfx card (probably good enough to get 60-100 fps while recording).

You can't upgrade your laptop's graphics or cpu. This is why we tell people not to get laptops for gaming.

You can't upgrade the graphics card of a laptop. Your best bet would be buying a separate game capture card like the Roxio HD Pro which will help lighten the load on your laptop and help you recover some of those lost frames.
