Looking for a Minecraft server to join?

I'm looking for a really cool server to join and so far, I have not found any luck. I'm looking for a server with the following things (the musts, at least):

-No donations required for everything (this is a must) (it's fine if you CAN donate, but I don't want to HAVE TO donate to get things I can get in Singleplayer)

-A creative option in the server (a must for me WITHOUT requiring donation)

-no plots or flat land in Creative (this also is a must, but it doesn't have to be an automatic thing once I get on. If I have to earn it WITHOUT donating, so be it

-small (for me, small is around 25-100 people at a time)

-World Edit and/or Voxel to trusted players (I can earn it…)

-Protective mods for builds on the server

-Friendly and Mature Staff (can't be a bunch of 13-year-olds as staff)

I realize I'm asking for a lot out of a server, but if you know of any server that has most or all of these, please let me know!

What Are Warps In Minecraft?

I Just Created A Server And I Have The Essentials Plugin Thingy. Its Mostly A Grief Free Multiplayer Server, BUT I Don't Really Know What Warps Do? And I Don't Know Any Good Ones? Can Any1 Help Me Please:/

Help making a minecraft server last step and I'm stuck?

Hi ik making a minecraft server and when I do the run and the run.bat files it keeps saying error something something java.jar is not found in the exe file or something. My java is updated and everything I'm doing codes the videos give me. Can somebody post the right codes for the environmental one and the run.bat files. And if anyone knows for sure what's wrong please help I'm running windows 8 laptop and minecraft is at version 1.7.9

Minecraft server for beginners?

I've been playing singleplayer minecraft for a while now and am getting a bit bored with it. Is there a good server out there that i can join. I've never been on one before so not too sure of how to get started.

Can't connect to minecraft server?

I've already tried creating new ''rules'' and it doesn't work. It has signal, then when i try to connect it says Failed to connect to the server: timed out… How can i fix this?

Two Minecraft Servers on one IP Address?

Is it possible to have two servers running on one IP address and one computer? They don't have to e running at the same time. Can someone explain how?

How much ram do I need minimum for this Minecraft server?

I'm planning on buying a Minecraft server. I'm not very familiar with RAM sizes and need help on how much I will need minimum for my needs of the Minecraft server. I will have bukkit plugins, 60 player slots, dedicated IP, and to be completely 24/7. I have 3 questions.

1. How much ram do you think I need for this server?
2. I'm looking at GGServers.net, currently. Do they have good prices?
3. If not, what sites have really cheap prices for the service I'm looking for?

Can't join and minecraft multiplayer server?

It either says "can't resolve hostname" or it just doesn't connect to any multiplayer servers. I'm sure I've got the latest version, and everything seems to be fine. I'm so confused of what's going on.

I love minecraft but I need more servers. I hate big servers where no one talks to you. I want a small one with nice people.
