Looking for a Minecraft server to join?

I'm looking for a really cool server to join and so far, I have not found any luck. I'm looking for a server with the following things (the musts, at least):

-No donations required for everything (this is a must) (it's fine if you CAN donate, but I don't want to HAVE TO donate to get things I can get in Singleplayer)

-A creative option in the server (a must for me WITHOUT requiring donation)

-no plots or flat land in Creative (this also is a must, but it doesn't have to be an automatic thing once I get on. If I have to earn it WITHOUT donating, so be it

-small (for me, small is around 25-100 people at a time)

-World Edit and/or Voxel to trusted players (I can earn it…)

-Protective mods for builds on the server

-Friendly and Mature Staff (can't be a bunch of 13-year-olds as staff)

I realize I'm asking for a lot out of a server, but if you know of any server that has most or all of these, please let me know!

-No donations required for everything (we do have donations and offer perks for them, but it's nothing too game-changing, check out the donations on the website to get an idea and see if you're ok with it.)

-A creative option in the server (there's a creative world, open to all)

-no plots or flat land in Creative (No plots, but it is flat land)

-small (it peaks at about 15 players online on the weekends)

-World Edit and/or Voxel to trusted players (Worldedit is not given out to anyone but the 2 owners, for good reason)

-Protective mods for builds on the server (has LWC for locking chests/doors)

-Friendly and Mature Staff (owned by adults, staff is mature)
