How to add a custom skin to cracked minecraft multiplayer?

I have TeamExtreme's cracked version of Minecraft 1.8. I also have some custom skins that I made.

So, how do I make those skins visible to me and other players on my server? Also, how can my friends playing on that server change their skins?

(If you say "buy minecraft and get a premium account" I will shoot you in the head)

Minecraft won't let me change my skin

Everytime i try to change my skin in Minecraft it always says I have to by the game but i bought Minecraft awhile ago, but I'm not sure if I need to re buy the game or not. If you have any answers, please, Please help me.

I have this skin for my Minecraft pc, and I love it so much. It's really cute. But I'm going to be getting an xbox and Minecraft for that, as well, so my boyfriend and I can play together. And, as a person whose never had an xbox of any kind I don't know what all you can do with them. So is that website compatible with Xbox 360, or do I have to just deal with the default skins?

I Don't Have.Minecraft Folder?

I Got My Computer On Thursday And I Got Minecraft Friday Night I Downloaded it and wanted to put my own skin in the game so i looked for the roaming so i made one in the AppData Folder and downloaded minecraft again and it did not create the folder i did some searching and found this error that came up when i looked in the resource pack is there anyway i can fix this?

Where is my Minecraft skin located?

I know about the whole "www.minecraft.net/skin/USERNAME.png" thing, but that's my old skin. I changed it recently and went through the process of logging in to the Minecraft site and uploading it and changing it and stuff, but now it's not there… It's just my old one. Is there an alternative location where I can access it the re-upload it to the minecraft.net server?
