How to port forward a Minecraft Server?

My server currently uses Hamachi but I want more than 5 people to come on. How do I portforward it so more people can some on without Hamachi?

Are there any good free play survival servers on minecraft?

If you know one please tell me! I don't want it to be a huge city where you have to buy items and houses I want it to be just as if you were starting a new survival world!

Java Minecraft cmd server mix-up?

A while back I tried to set up a Minecraft server, not using Mojang's application. Sadly, this really screwed over my system and it doesn't allow me to operate the game anymore.

What I DO know is that I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to try and get it to work months back, before it stopped working.

I used Command Prompt to change the Java to run in a folder called "Server". When the server was too terrible and the lag unbearable with just me on it, I deleted it.

The problem is, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHANGE IT BACK so that it chooses the ACTUAL JAVA FOLDER instead of the ONE THAT DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE.

Added (1). No, I just used Command Prompt to make it use Java but from a different location than the default folder it's in automatically. But, my problem is I don't know how to make it do the opposite.

Added (2). Deadpool, I'm not trying to start a server. I'm trying to make JAVA work.

Is there a way I can restore my minecraft world to an older version?

I was playing on my minecraft server when I went to enchant my sword, I did not like my enchantment so I closed the server because it usually goes to a point before I enchanted the sword so I could try again. So I closed off the server and went back in and everything in my inventory and enderchest was gone and all I got was some stone tools. I there any way I can get them back or to maybe get an older version of the file back

Minecraft 1.7.4 LAN world not working?

I run the server, we're definitely both on the same network, we've tried direct connecting and that didn't work either. We've made sure we both have the latest update on minecraft, and it's still not working. Also I saw some stuff about checking java is allowed through the firewall, I've done that on my computer but on my brother's computer I can't see java on the list of things to allow through (it's definitely installed though). Anyone got any fixes?
