How to make a free minecraft server?

I wanna make one but i needs to be free and i dunno how… Please help.

You can't. Unless you are playing the console versions where you invite people to your world.

You need to know how to port forward. Just look up how to make a Minecraft 1.7.4 server on youtube and it should show you how to port forward.
