How to connect a domain name to an ipv6 address to a minecraft server?

I would like to start renting a dedicated box the problem is it only has 1 ipv4 address, I want to have multiple minecraft vps's on the box and do not wish for the player to have to specify a port, I was wondering if there was anyway to setup subdomains to point to a specific ipv6 address but even more need to know if there's anyway to make an minecraft vps listen on an ipv6 address rather than an ipv4 address, I applogize as ipv6 is still rather new to me and I don't fully understand the concept but I feel this is the best way to host multiple servers on a dedicated box
