How to install maps into minecraft server?

I downloaded cops and robbers 4.5 and it worked fine on single player but when I copied and pasted it into my server, I played it and there was a completely different map. I also tried this with one of the other versions of cops and robbers

Looking for a Minecraft server that has?

1) /sethome
2) That protection plugin that lets you use a gold shovel to protect your home
3) /tpa (name of person you want to teleport to)

It would also be nice if it was sort of busy-ish, like 5-10+ people on most of the time.

Minecraft/Tekkit Failed to bind port after Portforwarding?

So I port forwarded my tekkit server then in the Server.properties folder I put my external IP and then it gives me the error "Failed to bind port, Perhaps a server is already running?"
I restarted my computer to make sure there wasn't a server running.
I also tried lever the IP section of the properties file empty.
I also tried putting my Ipv4 Address there.
Any good fix to this?

If it helps this is a screenshot of the portforward thing:

Like I said I tried putting 1) My external IP 2) IPv4 Address 3) Nothing in the Ip section of.Properties

Minecraft, how to make myself admin of my server?

So i use a MAC, and i just made a minecraft server following this tutorial:

so I've made my server (thank god lol) and i just don't know how to make myself admin. In the tutorial, in the 'My minecraft server' folder we made, he has a file called ' ops.txt ' which he went on, and put his minecraft username in to become admin. I don't have that file, i just have ops.json, so i went on that and put my minecraft username in it, so i think i'm admin. So am i admin now? Also how do I tell if i'm or not?

Minecraft pvp server tricks plugin?

I recently was playing in a minecraft pvp server. There was some of the people who attack stronger, for example damage 5 hearts with just one punch! I asked them how do they do it and they called it "tricks".
Well, I searched everywhere about these tricks but I just found boring things like block hit, etc. Anyone have information about these "tricks"? Is it even exist in vanilla version or it is a plugin?

Minecraft Base/House ideas?

Ok, I'm building a base in minecraft on my friends server (I play on creative) and I have my own base. I'm just needing ideas to add into my base. Like some room ideas. But first of all, I have like an 'obsidian themed' base, all the walls, ceilings and floors are pretty much just obsidian. And the whole base is underground. Here's what I have so far:

1. I have a somewhat big area that is the 'base' to my base, or the 'spawn' or whatever. It has an all obsidian floor except for 4 beacons in the center of the floor that you spawn at, obsidian walls, obsidian ceiling, and the room has chests all across the walls that are 4 chests high and like 4 chests across, with 4x anvils, 4x crafting tables, 4x furnaces, and 4x furnaces in between each chest.

2. Bedroom

3. Living Room

4. Walk-in Closet with chests

5. Garden Room

6: Portal/Enchantment Room

7: Hallway with 2 small bedrooms on each side

8: Home gym

9: Incinerator/Furnace Room

But I want some more ideas to add into my house, any help? Even if the ideas are weird or stupid. As long as they're cool in a way!

Can't connect to any minecraft servers?

Whenever I try and join an online server I'll be able to get on for about 5-10 seconds then I'll get a message saying 'Connection Lost. Timed Out.' I've tried reinstalling minecraft, restarting both my laptop and my internet and still no luck. Also, my firewall is off so there shouldn't be anything blocking it. My ping speed varies from 31ms to 38ms. I'm on a mac by the way.

Minecraft Teleportation Using Pressure Plate?

Hey so I'm trying to find a plugin for a server I play on that teleports any player to a certain coord by stepping on a press plate. Originally I was thinking on using a command block but players can abuse the commands. So is there a plguin that teleports any player by stepping on a press plate without using a command block.
