USB mouse doesn't work while typing?

Please answer only if you have windows 8

One day i accidentally pushed a setting that said "disable the mouse while typing" on windows 8 and now i don't know how to get back. I try to play minecraft and i can't attack and run at the same time i have to do them separately. Its Really annoying. How do i change this?

I've tried all the suggestions people make, such as this one:
1. I went to "Mouse in Control Panel".
2. I went to the "Device Settings" tab on top.
3. I clicked on the "Settings" button.
4. On the left pane, I expanded "Pointing" by clicking on the + sign next to it.
5. I expanded "Sensitivity".
6. I clicked on "PalmCheck"
7. I took the slider all the way to minimum.

Except i can't find the "device setting" tab on top!

Can anyone help?

Minecraft Plugin Problems?

I need a plugin for Bukkit that keeps score of player kills. Specifically, it needs to show a top 10 leader board where the player position on the board is in order of most player kills. Additionally, if ever a player were to die then that player must have his kill score reduced to zero.

Does anybody know of a plugin that meets with my needs?

Ok so I know what my minecraft email and password is but it won't let me log in it says that All accounts made after a certain time need to log in differently wwhtat is up with this.

Has any Minecraft players can't connect to minecraft forums?

I'm using google chrome. And when I try to go to minecraft forums.
It never loads and google chrome says can't connect. But I can connect to minecraft.net, PMC. Just not the MCfourms. Has or anyone else have this problem?

My utorrent opens on its own?

Today my utorrent star opening randomly. It would open when i was playing league of legends and when i was surfing on the internet and it would start downloading some random games like minecraft, broken age and some other i can't remember. My friend told me that someone hacked my computer and that he is trolling me but i don't believe it because everything is normal except utorrent. I think that it might be hardware problem because my computer is very old but i'm not sure. Please give me some suggestions on what i should do. Thanks.

Added (1). It isn't on auto start.

Minecraft not working on our PC?

My son paid for and downloaded Minecraft onto our PC, which is an Intel Core 2, and we can't get it to work. We've already tried to update drivers. We've tried other versions. The best we've gotten is a blank screen with music in the background. Could it be the graphics card? If so, What's the process for that?
