Has any Minecraft players can't connect to minecraft forums?

I'm using google chrome. And when I try to go to minecraft forums.
It never loads and google chrome says can't connect. But I can connect to minecraft.net, PMC. Just not the MCfourms. Has or anyone else have this problem?

That's a sign that they had banned that computer from accessing the forums.

Works for me. It's a bit slow as usual but nothing out of the ordinary.
If it's always like this for you you might want to clear cache, temporary files and cookies from Chrome. Ctrl+shift+delete and clear those three things I mentioned.

If that doesn't work then maybe one of your friends made a prank on you and blocked the website using the host-file.
The host-file is located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (I only assume you use Windows here, if that's not the case then I'm sorry) and has no file-extension but can be opened with Notepad. Go ahead and do that.
If it somewhere (probably at the bottom) says "127.0.0.1 http://www.minecraftforum.net/" without the " " then that's the problem. Delete that line and save the file as it is.

But that's just a long shot and if it's not that I suggest you don't edit the host-file unless you are certain what you are doing.
