Is my CPU bottlenecking my GPU? I lag with GTX 650 Ti Boost?

I can play some games like minecraft with 100fps but when I play games like GMOD or CS: GO I lag and get 50fps or lower. This isn't normal because my laptop gets more frames on gmod and cs: go with a GTX 670m. I don't understand help! I restored about 3 times and updated drivers plenty of times.

What should I include in my YouTube video?

I recently uploaded a minecraft video to YouTube. If anyone can tell me what they think about it and things I should do in the future and maybe even how to get more subscribers that would be cool too.

Here it is…

Having trouble with Minecraft texturepacks?

I've been trying to install the Sphax PureBD Craft texture pack, and I have put the file where it should be, yet it doesn't work. No idea what else to do, so any help is appreciated.

What's wrong with my Minecraft world?

Ok, so last summer I built a huge city in Minecraft. It had villagers in it, and about 3 iron golems. I played on this world two days ago, and it was fine, but logging on today I got horrible lag. Looking for the reason, I turned around and saw around 200 Iron Golems in a large group, taking up half the city. I also had this problem with a large mass of Villagers. I have no idea what to do. I've tried dropping Splash Potions of Harming on them, but the lag is so intense I can't even do that. I also have no memory of spawning this many in.
I really don't want to delete this world, but I can't do anything about the problem. Can someone help?

Why are all of the items in my Singleplayer Minecraft world are gone?

I was on the same world about an hour ago and everything was fine, but now every item in my inventory, in my donkey's inventory (and the saddle), and every chest in my storage system is gone. All blocks that were placed are still intact, but any item that I had anywhere are now gone. Please tell me that I can get it back easily!
Btw, I just updated to the snapshot, that probably has something to do with it.

What videos of Black Ops 2 do I upload?

I want to upload more Black Ops 2 videos, but I don't what.

Background in Windows 7 changes by itself?

Last night, I know I had my background saved as C:\Users\User\Pictures\minecraft_bkgr.jp… But this morning, I opened my laptop and the background changed to this directory.

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft… Photo Viewer\Windows Photo Viewer Wallpaper.jpg.

The image is of 2 anime girls putting on some makeup. Like I would want that as a background.

Is RemoveWAT 2.2.6 a potential threat, despite it suceeding at removing the windows activation service? It was detected as a threat to MSE, but the virus type was classified as HackTool, so it seems like a false positive.

Edit: I just closed the Personalization dialog, where I reset my theme, and it suddenly changed back to the image. Help! I'm giving this computer to my minecraft loving friend, not some anime geek.

Edit: I did an image match finder in Google images, and the search terms it used were "miku gumi". The properties indicates that the background was added to that folder 6 hours ago, 5 o' clock in the morning, long before I ever woke up.

Added (1). It is not set to shuffle. Can shuffle turn on itself?
Can shuffle change pictures without the fade effect when all system animations are turned on?

Added (2). Shuffle was unticked, and the picture did not fade back.

What parts of my gaming PC should I look to upgrade first?

Any experts here? I have recently built my first PC, which is for gaming, but it was mainly my neighbour who is good with computers that did the crucial bits. I know I'm getting a bit ahead of myself by thinking I should upgrade my computer when it's not even a week old yet, but I'm just looking about on the Internet for possible future upgrades. Here are my specs:

AMD FX-8350

Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5

2 X 4GB RAM

1TB HDD

Integrated sound

Network card 300mbps

600W power supply

Motherboard: http://www.dabs.com/products/asus-m5a97-r2-0-am3--amd-970-ddr3-atx-87SZ.html?refs=473460000&src=2

Windows 8.1

I was thinking of upgrading to 16GB of RAM by adding in another 2x4gb of the same stuff already in there, but apparently since most games are written in 32-bit, the game can only use about 3 or 4gb of RAM.

I'm also thinking of adding in a 256GB SSD. It was a recommendation from my neighbour since it would load the operating system faster. Should I get this first? Also, I'm worried that if I get 256GB I will start to use the SSD for saving everything, so it would be like my HDD was a waste. Should I instead get a 64GB SSD, and only use it for the operating system? Just say what you think.

I was also thinking about crossfiring 2 of the same graphics cards together, so my machine will be futureproof for a bit longer, but I think there's a problem. I don't think my power supply has enough power cables to power 2 graphics cards! It's crazy enough how the one graphics card in there requires power not just from the motherboard, but 2 extra slots on the top of the card!

Anyway, is it worth it to do this or will my current card last me at least for a couple of years? I don't play battlefield because I'm too young, and I used my real age so Origin doesn't let me, but I play Rust on max settings on a monitor about 1400 x 900, and there's no lag. I may play GTA later, and I've read that a 3GB or 4GB graphics card is just overkill, much like the i7 processors, so will 2GB do it on maximum graphics settings?

I'm saving up for an HD monitor. At the moment on my current monitor (lended to me) with a resolution of about 1400 x 900 (I can't remember exactly, I'm at my dad's house on my laptop so I can't check) I can play Rust on maximum settings, and I can run Minecraft on maximum settings on amplified biomes at a steady 60FPS. Will these games lag a bit if I start playing on an HD monitor?

Thank you to anyone who took the time to read all of that!

Added (1). Also, just to let you know, these upgrades won't be happening straight away because I'm getting some speakers first, then an HD monitor, then I will probably wait for a while to see how the PC goes before upgrading.
