If I kill all the pigs, will more spawn? Or do I have to save a few so they can breed?

I need parts for a build. I have built computers before but only for gaming. I'm not necessarily up to date with the latest parts and what is good because my computer can last a while. However, I would like to build 2 mini ones for my family before I leave for college. My mom and my brother do basic YouTube browsing, Facebook, etc with lower end gaming. My brother mostly plays Roblox or Minecraft, so I'm not necessarily looking at a graphics card. I need two PC same for both. No need for big hard drives, probably 500GB max. I prefer Micro ATX in this build with a small tower, (smaller than mid tower). My budget is around $400-500 a piece, if not cheaper. I prefer Intel. Do not just give me PC part picker and tell me to make it myself.
I'm trying to make a circle with a diameter of 98-100 blocks, possibly larger, but I definitely can't go any smaller because of what I'm building. I'm not trying to make the full sphere, just a circle.
Any response will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Added (1). Thank you very much for pointing that out? MysteryMan? I figured I would get a response like that after I entered the question. I realize you can't actually make circle and spheres. Still i would like to know the block dimensions to be able to make a circle-like creation.
Me and my friend are going to start a gaming channel where we do gameplay and some walkthroughs on different games on the computer. I know we will be doing minecraft and left 4 dead but beyond that I don't know so we don't want names just based on those games. Any serious answers are welcomed, thanks
I really want to buy a gaming laptop but I really don't know what is good. Something that get good good fps on games like BF4 and minecraft. I only have around $600.
I was playing earlier today in Creative and I was trying to make this cool thing, but I was being stupid and died. Now I don't know how to get back to where I was. Is there anyway to do this?
