Minecraft tekkit problem?

I was playing tekkit and I built a atom smasher ( particle accelerator). I hooked it up to about 20 redstone cells but when i turned it on, the matter only went to a velocity of 4 then it kept on going back to zero. I looked at the energy and i had 1.0 teragite joules of energy. But the energy would drop down to less than a gigabite. I tried to reconnect it but that didn't work.

Building my first computer?

Ugh, I never wanted to do this, but its simply the best gaming choice and I'm sure it does all the other computer stuff better and lasts longer than an already built computer. So, I want to keep this under $1,000. I need a list of all the things I need, everything except keyboard, mouse, and monitor. If you want, just tell me your exact rig, although I want my PC to be able to play just about anything on normal graphics at good frames. Games like arma and minecraft are what interest me at the moment, so I would probably want larger RAM disks (or however they come) for stuff like that, right? I have had bad experiences with PCs in the past, they often get slow after a few months or so. I hope building my own will be better in the long haul.

Which gaming laptop is better?

Which has the better price to performance ratio? The Aorus X7 or the GS70 Stealth by MSI. I want this laptop to last a while and be powerful enough to run my games(minecraft, bf4, BeamNG) and future games(bf5 ect). Which one?

How to play minecraft on windows 8?

I had windows 8 for a while now, and been trying to play it for q while now, but bad videocard drivers always, i looked everywhere and watched videos on how to do it, but it still doesn't work cause apparently it had updated… Any help?
