I'm not sure what "doing YouTube videos" means? If you want to play minecraft or play any YouTube videos you can do that with any Dell laptop or Desktop.
If you want to play games like Battlefield 4 or make YouTube videos you would need a fairly powerful Desktop. Like the ones below and make sure they cost above $1,700:

Depending on how you want to make YouTube videos and at what quality, you could do that alone with a much cheaper computer.
