My Minecraft frames drop dramatically every few minutes?

Basically, every 5 minutes my Minecraft goes from 50 frames to 4-10 frames. I have this problem for a few months, then it goes away and comes back a few months later. What is wrong with it and how can I fix it?

Good games to play on PC?

The past few games i've been playing are Team Fortress 2, Payday 2, Minecraft and Grand Theft Auto IV. More or less, I've gotten bored with these games, I got around 500 hours clocked on Team Fortress 2 and Payday: 2, MInecraft, there's nothing new to do in my survival world (earned all achievements), and I've just gotten bored with GTA. Anyway, are there any titles anyone would recommend to me.

P.S: I'm not really a Call Of Duty Fan. I have Battlefield 4, it's very average. Also, I play on PC.

Hey i'm new to this whole pc building so if you have any recommendations just lmk so i will be using this computer to edit and play minecraft and LoL on high settings my budget is 500$ but i can do 600$if you think you can make a way better computer.
