Is the ASUS VX229H right for my needs?

I'm building a computer, mostly for gaming, but also for web browsing, microsoft office, email, etc. I want an IPS display because I realize that the colors are more accurate and has much better viewing angles. However, they are worse for gaming than TN displays because they are slower. The games I will mostly be playing will be Skyrim and Minecraft. Do you think this display is good enough for my needs? If not, what would be a better choice? Also, for gaming is it worth getting a 120hz monitor, or no?

Need a new gaming laptop?

I need one that can play light games, like minecraft and things like that, maybe at most civilization V on medium graphics. Preferably with 500-750 gb hard drive, running either win 7 or 8. And under $900. Any ideas? Also please add links.

Which graphic card should I get?

Well I recently bought a computer with a decent graphics card but…
its not very good at gaming and I still have a bit of money left, maybe about 142 dollars.
So could I get a decent graphics card with that type of budget that could run games
like skyrim, gta 5 minecraft, and possibly battlefield 4?

And might as well kill two birds with one stone.
I don't know how to install a graphics card.
if someone could explain that to it would be nice.

Added (1). Its also a windows 8 system not sure if that helps you awnser the question or not but whatevs.

Added (2). My current graphics card is a AMD E2-1800 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics And I figured out that its hard to install a new graphics card because this card is soldered in on the motherboard…
So how do I get around that.

I can't get my minecarft to work?

I have a ati radeon 4300/4500 and when I load up my minecraft it says the graphic drivers are out of date. I updated them to there fullest and am still having the problem

any help would be great
