Which graphic card should I get?

Well I recently bought a computer with a decent graphics card but…
its not very good at gaming and I still have a bit of money left, maybe about 142 dollars.
So could I get a decent graphics card with that type of budget that could run games
like skyrim, gta 5 minecraft, and possibly battlefield 4?

And might as well kill two birds with one stone.
I don't know how to install a graphics card.
if someone could explain that to it would be nice.

Added (1). Its also a windows 8 system not sure if that helps you awnser the question or not but whatevs.

Added (2). My current graphics card is a AMD E2-1800 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics And I figured out that its hard to install a new graphics card because this card is soldered in on the motherboard…
So how do I get around that.

You have a laptop?
If it's a laptop, there's no way to replace a GPU. The GPU on laptops is soldered onto the motherboard, so you would have to take apart the whole computer, somehow get it off the mobo, and replace it with a mobile GPU which you can't buy.

By the way, you don't have a graphics card, your graphics are integrated, which means that the CPU is your graphics card.

If it is a desktop, follow what the other guy said.
