Would I be able to get a laptop like this for my price?

Alright, here is what I want for hardware:

1. 450gb hard drive

2. 4gb ram

3. Laptop computer

Software/OS:

1. Windows 8

So, I would mostly use it for surfing the internet. You know, basic stuff. Facebook, YouTube and those kinds of things. I watch lot's of YouTube, so I would like to be able to do that lag-free at decent quality. Second use would be very lite gaming. Stuff like Minecraft. I would want to be able to run Minecraft without lag. My budget would probably be $300 - $370 ish. Please provide links also!

It would be VERY helpful if you gave me links to a laptop like this, in my budget. I live in Canada.

Audio problems on laptop?

A couple of weeks ago I was on my laptop in bed and it was on the charger. I then fell asleep while it was still on and charging. I woke up and it was still on the charger I then unplugged it and continued working on my minecraft noteblock studio project except the thing was, the audio was disorientated and crackling. The more complex the movement on my screen was the worse it would happen. I then tried my ear buds and still the same results. I also tried my friends external speakers for his desktop and they still failed! I can't even understand YouTube videos now. Help please! I only got my laptop at Christmas!
What did I do and how do I fix it?
Also I'm running windows 8 64-bit
Asus x102B

Fraps, Movie Maker, Audio, Oh My?

So-

I recorded my first acceptable minecraft video yesterday (A one that I didn't fail at) and then realized I had a lot of annoying background noise. So I looked up how to and then removed the background noise with Audacity. After a few tries I was happy with it and had pretty much completely removed all the background noise. So I imported the Fraps video into windows movie maker live. Then realized the video still had all the original audio so I had to remove that and then add in the edited audio. I then realized that you need Windows Movie Maker 2.6 to mute the sound. So I downloaded that and brought the video in and muted all the sound. AND THEN I realized that Windows Movie Maker 2.6 wrecks the quality of the video, unlike WMML. But windows movie maker live can't mute the sound. So I'm kinda stuck. I just bought the $37 Fraps and don't really want to blow another $60 on Adobe Premiere. So, what should I do? And please don't respond with "Well, it's your fault… You had background noise" That's not what I'm looking for, I'm looking for help.

Thanks in advance!

I would just like to know the average FPS on high settings. Please do not tell me how bad macs are for gaming or that I should buy a pc I just want to know what to expect.

What should my new PSN be?

I'm going to be in a naruto based Minecraft series, and I don't want my normal ID to get on there so I will get spammed by people who watch, if possible, include Minato in the name, but anything naruto related will work, thanks

I need laptop suggestions?

I'm not good with computer specs so I was looking for some suggestions. Here are some requirements or points.

-Lower budget. I'm a student so I prefer something maybe near $400-$500, but I'm willing to spend more if I need to.

-15.6 screen (or larger)

-I would prefer it to come with Windows 7, not a big deal if it doesn't though.

-I play Minecraft along with some other light games. My current laptop (Dell inspiron 15-r) can't handle them well so I get close to 15 fps.
