Any Good New Open World Sandbox Games? (PC)?

I'm looking for a good open world sandbox game for PC, and as far as I've seen I've already played through most that are out. Far Cry 3, the GTA series, Elder Scrolls Series, Fallout Series, Minecraft, AC series, Rust, and a few others, and now I'm trying to find a new one.

The best looking one I've found so far is a game called Kenshi, but it's been in Alpha development for 2 years and has been slow on progress, so I'm not going to get that.

I'd prefer a game that included crafting and at least some kind of form of missions, stories, etc. In it, as well as possibly house/homestead building.

Please note that I'm NOT looking for a God-game (create worlds/towns at a whim, control everything, I don't want that).
Also, NOT looking for an MMO.

So, any suggestions?

How do hackers program gift code generators?

I want to be a programmer when I grow up and and have been fascinated by different programs that have been made. But there's one question I would like to know. How do hackers program programs such as gift code generators. Because I know they would have to use a computer language such as C, C++, java but just how is it they do it to make legit gift codes and stuff for websites like steam powered or Minecraft. Please try to explain to me, I'm really fascinated by this concept and would really like to know.

GameBooster + Minecraft + Fraps?

I play minecraft alot and my computer can run it, but its pretty bad. So i use Razer Game Booster, although, i have Fraps(use for FPS) and Minecraft on GameBooster. I have to start fraps first and then minecraft (i play fullscreen and it goes buggy when i take it off), will gamebooster boost both of them at the same time or will it only boost fraps? ( i like fraps on GB because it gives it an overlay and not closed down like the other {i like to secure fraps}.
