Windows has failed to start. A recent hardware or software change may have caused it?

It was yesterday when I was on my windows 7 acer desktop playing Minecraft. I just got off of it when a "Microsoft webcam installation" appeared on my screen. I obviously installed it and it brought me to a black screen making me wait a long time. I the unplugged my power cord and when I go to turn on my PC. The "starting Microsoft" logo shows up, then goes to a black screen where it says the warning I listed above. It gives me to options, to either "start windows normally or start launch repair". I chose start windows normally first but all it would do is repeat the whole process of me turning on my PC again! Then I tried start launch repair and I plugged out the webcam USB but all it does us bring me to a black screen, making me wait for 1 minute and then brings me to a blue screen where only my mouse can move. I waited so long for something to appear on the screen but nothing happens. I then unplug the lower cord again and the whole process just repeats itself… Please tell me solutions and the problem I'm having I can't try any of the options when I press F1, F2, F8, F10 and F12. They all won't work. I also don't have a windows installation disk so there goes my only chance:/ best solution/answer gets 10 points please help a bro out

Updating Graphics card makes Minecraft lag?

I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 760M on an Acer laptop, and when I updated it, it halved the FPS I was getting. Before, I got around 105+ FPS, but after I updated the drivers for it Minecraft started running at 30-40 FPS, despite the fact that is was on the same settings, and it was supposed to be a better version of the drivers. I have used system restore, and now it runs much smoother again, bu does anyone know why this happens? Any way to prevent this from happening in the future if I want to update?

Does any one else feel that Jeb after Notch let him take over ruined minecraft?

Internet Connection Problem?

I play games such as Minecraft, LoL, and DOTA 2. When no one else is using the internet at my home, everything runs perfectly fine with no lag, but when other people start using the internet especially my brother who also plays these games the lag sky rockets and my ping goes to about 4k. Any help would be appreciated.
