Building a Gaming Computer

I'm building a gaming computer but I have absolutely no idea where to start. I already know someone who can put the computer together but I don't know what my processor, motherboard, RAM, etc. Should be. Can someone please list parts that I should buy? My ideal computer would be able to run games such as minecraft, and different steam games on high quality settings. My budget is at about $800 - $900. Please please please help me!

All my controls work but when I try to look around and move anywhere simultaneously my looking stops working until I stop moving.

What is the best Labtop/PC (Preferably all-in-one) to get for minecraft? Budget is $600 or less?

Soon me and my friends are starting some gaming youtube channels and I'm also gonna get a new PC to start playing minecraft again. I want either a labtop so it's easily portable, or a good all in one PC. Any suggestions help a lot, and if you could let me know what fps you think it would run on singleplayer/multiplayer and while recording. Also I've looked at a lot of good PC's but I don't know what the most important specs on one is. So it would help a lot if someone could tell me the most important specs for running minecraft is. (GHz, RAM, etc.) And how many fps a certain spec might get.

My minecraft launcher won't launch?

When i open minecraft I have no problem until I try to press play on the launcher, it quickly closes then reopens back to the launcher. I added a picture to make sure we're talking about the same thing (obviously the picture on the left). So if you could tell me how to fix it that would be awesome, thanks!

How to fix the Launch4j for Minecraft?

When I click on the Minecraft launcher a message appears stating -
The registry refers to a nonexistent Java Runtime Environment installation or the runtime is corrupted. The system can't find the file specified.
I use Windows 7 on the PC. (Just in case it is different for other operating systems.)

Added (1). UPDATE: I might switch the processor to an AMD A10-5800K or AMD Athlon x4 760k. Will it still have the same performance.better performance?
